Can someone explain how the contest works? I see you can earn points but what for? More entries? Most points wins?

@jd-woodlands As I understand it, the important thing is the number of entries. It would be, in my opinion, preposterous, to give the prize automatically to the guy who just happened to know enough people on social media to rack up a bunch of referral points.
As I read the terms and conditions it seems to indicate that a random drawing among all "entries" will occur for the prizes.
I am hoping that I am correct, otherwise a whole lot of people have zero chance of winning.
