Worm help!

Just noticed this worm come out of my rock and seems to be looking for food from the rock it is in to the other rock. It is white/clear. Is it safe?

P.s. i love constantly watching my tank and finding new stuff like this whether it is good or bad...you are always learning in this hobby!

Do a search for bristle worm to see if it looks like it. Pic is not clear. If it is then it is safe. They help clean the tank.

Looks like it could be a Spoon Worm/Echiura, harmless. Or perhaps a Ribbon Worm, again harmless.

I doubt it's anything heinous, but need a better image to confirm an ID.
