Spaghetti worms have much finer and longer "tentacles". Do a quick Google image search and you will see the difference.

Technically correct however I would not worry about it. They are small and the amount they contain is minimal. It is a defensive tool to keep from being eaten. They do not contain the same toxin that regular cucumbers are capable of releasing.I do see online that it might release toxins if stressed? Is that correct?
