Worms in Sump

Anyone know what this could be in my sump? It looks like white worms attached to the sides? I’m new to the reef hobby.

They look like possible flatworms. Look up red planaria.
I looked that up. They are white. I know they look red but I took the picture with my refugium light still on. Maybe they are white flatworms. From what I’ve read the white are harmless. Thank you

This dosneot look like flatworms..is it hard or soft when you touch it?
Do they feel like very small solid tubs?

Got these in mine. Looked at Medusa worms etc. I got rid of them for sure!! Emptied the sump threw out the chaeto and never got any in the DT. There is good ID site..

If i find it again I will send along

Look like little sea.cucumbers.
Or baby medusa worms...either arent bad.

Do yours move at all? Almost resemble a sponge.

With the way some of them y off im inclined to think some sort of sponge growth.
