Worms?

Hi, I noticed my torch not looking good and saw these crawling around it. Can someone point me in the right direction here so I can start researching. Thank you!

Looks like a flatworm

Thanks for the responses. I'm guessing there's no way to completely rid them from my tank without killing other inhabitants. I'll pull these suckers off tho

I think all of those small dots are their eggs too.. I'm almost tempted to just trash the coral :/
