Worth putting scoly on a disk?

Got this new scoly from Austin's aqua farms and uts very happy and gorgeous.

I noticed today (day 2) that it is inflating during the daytime (so far so good) but I feel like it wants to puff more.

I have it sitting in the substrate and I noticed when something touches the soft tissue it moldy retracts. So I assume substrate will do that as well.

I have Carib sea black arag sand so it is a big rocky.

I have 2inch frag disks coming for my acan, is it worth putting this guy in one as well?

They just do that when touched, it’s nothing to worry about. It should bounce back fine when opening up tomorrow.

It's already started puffing back up. Just making sure I wasn't hindering it.
