Hey guys I have had this pintail fairy wrasse for 3 weeks now and today he is swimming upside down or straight up and getting blown around by the gyre. From my research it might be a spinal injury. Does anyone have a way of helping it?

From reading that thread the symptoms are the same as what this wrasse has and looking at the wrasse there is no external damage
