Years later, a revelation

Location of the tank? If it’s basement did you run a radon test or test for actual outside gasses in your home.

But my question is, with low pressure, could that let stuff through that a tds meter wouldn't detect?

Low pressure is a concern, but low flow is not necessarily a concern since an RO/DI also has low flow.

A closed tap has pressure inside close to the line pressure.

An open hose drops the pressure a lot, and limits flow.

But an open RO/DI does not drop the pressure upstream of it nearly as much since there's much less flow through it than a hose.
Do you have a pressure gauge on the RO/DI? With either new filters or no filters installed, it will tell you the pressure at the RO membrane.

No pressure gauge. Looking back now i wish i had. Tank was upstairs in the living room. A radon test was done, levels were extremely low that a radon system was not required for the home purchase.
Multiple new filters were tried, and even tried upgrading all the way to a 7 stage system, sediment filter , 2 carbon filters, ro membrane, cation di, anion di, and mixed di cartridges. Wish I had pictures it was quite the setup lol

I'm not a snake person. At all. They freak me out a little. Yet that snake looks so cool ... and so cute ... if I were to get one, that would be THE one.

That pic even, dare I say ... makes me want to hold it.

She's definitely a little sass monster. Never bitten anybody but she'll put on a hissing show for you

Cleaning products? Just unusual for multiple crashes or maybe product you’re using on yourself.

I don't use any products other than shampoo and body wash, and I had a strict no chemicals in the living room policy lol

If you got a lady. Perfume? I’m just shooting ideas at a wall at this point but never know if something clicks.

Have avg 150 TDS out of feed line, 65psi, use booster 8800 ,make water at 95 psi, 150gpd membrane, get 125 g in 24 hrs...
Always better safe than sorry, our water is the key to the reef...:thinking-face:
gauge before unit , 3 monitors throughout, 2 on "good water" line before holding tank...:)

1st ya' gotta get the tank, then trick out the RO...:D:winking-face:

I want a tank again in the worst way. But we have the snake, and wife won't allow a tank again, at least not right now
Wow, won't allow? Maybe you should threaten serious gambling, womanizing, drinking, drug use instead of a new tank.
