Great info; thank you @i cant think ! I still like my YWG even if he's a GWG; healthy and lots of personality and the blue spots are beautiful. I was able to find a pistol/snapping shrimp

That’s a beautiful Alpheus species. I paired mine with a “boring” Alpheus bellulus.Great info; thank you @i cant think ! I still like my YWG even if he's a GWG; healthy and lots of personality and the blue spots are beautiful. I was able to find a pistol/snapping shrimp

Yours seems to be Alpheus bisincisus. I agree with bellulus not being boring, I just wish I saw mine more but my wrasses cause him to hide more so I never see him instead I just hear him.Is that the tiger variety? Not boring at all imo. Beautiful patterns on those. Thank you for the ID and I'm definitely going to track down your article now!
I can still hear my pistol shrimp and I’m pretty sure I know where it is because I see sand that’s moved around under one of the rocks, but no - haven’t actually seen him for a week now.Great info; thank you @i cant think !
