Zoa and Duncan coral help

Hey all,
I have a 30 gallon tank, has 4 fish 2 clowns a xmas wrasse and a firefish. I have alot of corals, i recently got a good deal on a zoa colony and frags and laoded them into my tank. My tank parameters are listed below, what should i do. I am using 3x30w nicrew lights on full blue and half white, is it too much light? Do i need more no3 and po4? I only have the api tests. My torch coral and gsp and candycane are fine.

Nitrate- 0
Phosphate 0
ph - 8.2
dk - 7
calcium - 450

i feed by hand twice a day marine flakes, and water change 10 percent every 2 weeks and use coralife nano parta/b. My next plan is to get iodine dip to try to revive coral and some zooplankton food to spot feed.

Hello. Yes, you need some nitrate and phosphate

I think the lights are fine.
But dose up N and P if your confident the zero is an accurate number, it’s difficult to get both zero so I’m not totally convinced.

API I simply don’t trust at all.

Salifert, Aquaforest, Nyos all great for nitrate measure but when it comes to phosphate, which is most important, only Hanna ever gave me an accurate number.
