I just grabbed 2 Red People Eater frags from the $9.99 tank at my LFS and noticed they both have these large air bubbles on the stalk. I’ve looked up zoa pox but I’m not convinced that is the problem.

Looking for advice on what to do before I put them in my tank. Should I dip? In what?

I'm no expert, but those look like new polyps forming to me.
Looking back at the photos I posted it does kind of look like that but they are transparent. Like a sackful of clear liquid or air. I had a hard time trying to figure out how to describe it. I'm at work now and wondering if they go in my tank are they going to be "contagious"

If they match the base color of your existing polyps, I wouldn't worry too much. My new ones coming in look pretty clear, too, until they color up and open.

Pretty zoas!! Are they Mambo Jambos? I did put them in my tank when I got home. I dipped in Seachem Reef Dip thinking the iodine based dip might be a good idea. A few hours later the "inflammation" had gone done a lot and then for sure it looked like they could be new polyp areas. Now I'm wondering if my LFS was having a little issue in that tank. Thanks for the advice!!

These are called Rainbow Incinerators and they're a fast-grower.
