I got some new frags the other day for my tank. First corals in it and I’m a new reefer so first corals at all for me. I don’t have fish in yet but will either today or tmr. I got 4 zoa frags and some others dipped them all and were fine before and after I glued them except 1 frag. It didn’t open up at all when it was in the tank before I glued them and still hasn’t now. I know my parameters are good bc my gonioporas, hammer and frogspawn look really happy and all my numbers are around where they should be when I test which has been very frequently. I have been feeding the tank since I know they like more nitrates but it’s just this one frag. I hope it’s not dead or if anyone has any help plz help me!! thank you!!!

Usually zoas just get stressed out. Shouldn’t be an issue if your keeping gonis and other LPS. Curious what your parameters are. Some people say perfect but it usually ends up being off.

If the other corals are happy, I would try moving the zoa's, put them in a different spot. But I agree with above, it helps to have more info, parameters and pictures...
