Got my new shipment in today, sapphire zoanthids, blue tubs, fire and ice, armor of god, fire in sky, and eagle eye all from vivid aquariums and the. Yellow snickers and forest fire digitata from reefers direct. The vivid aquariums zoanthids don't look happy. So my question is, should I be worried? Are they in shock from shipping? Is my light tune too strong for them? They are all down on the sand bed. Lighting is AI hydra 26 hd. Any help would be great. Reefers direct look great!

Your tank looks pretty new. How old is it? What are your water parameters?
Zoas are much hardier than the SPS corals you received but ALL corals may take a while to adjust to their new home. Your zoas will probably fully open tomorrow after your lights come on,

Tested tonight,

Alk 7.5-8
Calcium 400
Nitrates 0
Phosphates 0
Salinity 1.025
Mg- 1350
Nitrites 0

The sps is doing great and polyps wide open. Other zoanthids from the weekend and from reefers direct open wide and happy.

They'll be fine in the morning.

Sometimes zoas can take a while to get agitated to the new enviroment...I've had zoas tale up to as long as a week...

Some change, the ground level zoas opened up slightly but not enough to make me comfortable. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.
