Is there any real difference between Fuel and Lugols? I bought Fuel because my LFS carries Seachem and is their preferred brand, however, if something works better I’ll return it for the other?

Fuel is amino acids (+ vitamins, carbohydrates, fatty acids, trace elements) in a bottle and Lugol is a concentrated form of iodine supplement.

Heres what's frustrating for me. This is how they usually look towards the beginning of the day.

So did you ever try the lugol's or fuel? I was wondering if you figured out your issue?
