I think it may actually be a type of plating sponge, but I'm not for certain.
Also, I am not aware of any good sponge consumers that are appropriate in a 10g tank.

U may need a acclimation box in future if one of them become too aggressive. Also u may worry if they breath fast as it is hard to see that in the vedio

I hv heard it happening but not seen that goby ate shrimp. May be size plays a role here. Sometimes anemone also eat clownfish but it is like a rare case.
