Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Infusion finished. Little achy and tired, but otherwise ok.
Are you missing many myfriend? I don't think it's the right way to ask, but I mean if you have to go more times

Yes this is the first of many. Longest one is tomorrow. Two more that are shorter the next 2 Mondays, two in October etc.

For about a year. Then expected to be done for ten years. Just monitoring for a long time hopefully, by the grace of God.

A long trip, my friend, but it will be worth it. You'll have your beautiful family supporting you, and your other family here supporting you also, you will also have Kevin 😉

Long road Wes but it will go quickly. As always I have you and your family in my prayers.

hopefully they can accelerate the drip for you next time and spend less time there.
That's what the nurse said. After tomorrow it should take a lot less time

I don't think I would ever drill a tank myself. I know you will want to tape it and use a diamond bit designed for glass. I would not do it at all if it was tempered.
Its not tempered on the back and sides, only the bottom.

Is drilling easy enough for me and my dad to do on our own? I have hea d of carbon dosing. How does it work?
No need to drill get yourself an overflow box and return pump.
You'll be good to go in 10 minutes.
As far as carbon dosing, there are many threads on r2r on it.
Miamireef has the best one and it includes everything you need to know.

Yeah I saw those but that 90 had a big rim and a canopy in the way

Drilling isn’t for the faint of heart, IMO. You can crack a tank if you’re not careful.
Agreed.
And not always necessary.
I've run a hob overflow my whole reefing career.
I've never had a drilled tank.

Also, you wouldn't have to Take the tank down to add a hob
