No idea what that is but it looks tasty

I thought you were Italian?
My wife’s and her mother., I’m mostly Swedish. Her father’s side has Croatian.

I mean I'm assuming it's a cookie since you said it's for a cookie table and I like cookies....

It’s cut into 1 inch slices and served as a cookie. This one is walnut and goes great with a cup of coffee but I don’t think there are any coffee drinkers on this thread. Her mother and grandmother would also make one with apricot, no beuno, to sweet for me.

I would like one of each please... is it hard to make?

I remember it being rolled though. Ends up like a giant cinnamon roll but bread dough.

I don’t know, I’m am not a Baker but for decades my wife, mother, aunts and cousins would spend a whole day making them before Christmas. I could see if my wife has a recipe but her family doesn’t write much down, you’ve got to stand next to them to learn.

Thank you! I am also considering the option of a sump but I would need to buy one of those HOB over flow type ones because drilling is not an option but I don't really know how those work yet. It will be a while before I do anything just thinking and researching right now.
I used a HOB overflow for many years.

And usually it starts with a little of this and a little of that then “oh, and some more of this”. Then a few minutes later a bit more.
