Man,I need some help guys..

So IF I decide to sump the tank,I want to get a internal OF box to hide the drain and the return in.

How would something like this fair ? Imagine the false wall as an internal OF,would the drain side work ? I wiukd add a piece of pvc in the one 90,depending on desired water level though. I would push them closer together to make them fit in the 6"x2.5" area, drill a hole on one side to fit the bulkhead ect ect ect.I think I would add a T in the drain side though, and run a piece of pvc up with a cap and pop a hole in it. I may have a plug laying around somewhere.

A little bit of progress made. I got 2 1/2" full port dual union ball valves,3 more unions and I just ordered 2 dual union check valves.

I just need a OF box,5.5g Aqueon tank (figure out a configuration for a sump or order a JaxRocks DIY baffle kit.) a return pump and an ato and I am golden.

So,I got the last few pieces for plumbing. Stopped by Top Shelf Aquatics and grabbed the suction screen, barbed fitting for the return pump and a VCA RFG.

Idk how else to do this without taking up to much room in the display. I cut up my false wall, and it was just too big, leavig virtually no room even in the corner of the tank. So I sprayed all the pvc black in hopes its not to visible..

So I am having a hard time trying to find a home for this tank. I have a 2yr old and well he is a brazen child and as any baby he likes to touch EVERYTHING. So the on place I do have is a built in desk in my room.. that being said the height is limited, and makes it to where I may not be able to sump the tank,or I can just use my AC30 or the "sump" and make that a AIO.. ;Shifty

What's up ladies and gents !!!

I was browsing Petco the other week and seen they had rimless tanks, and they were on sale. So I picked up a 10" cube. Regular glass,no low iron.

Equipment:

Lighting: DIY led with 3 channels:
CH1-390-400,410-420,405,420-430.
CH2-4x SunPlus 445-450 Royals.
CH3- WW,Mint,Cyan,True Blue.

Filtration: This is what I am still trying to figure out: make it an AIO,sump it ( I have a 2g Deep Blue betta tank,I have tons of .5" pvc and fittings. Or just run a AC30 I have. Run carbon, filter floss. What do you guys think ?

Flow: More than likely run a SW2. If I sump it,I will use a Sicce 1.0 for a return and an SW2 for main flow with a VCA RFG.

ATO: ReefBreeders Prism ATO

Coral: ACRO'S & MONTI'S !!!!
Frag's I would LOVE to get in here:

-Red Dragon
-CE Aquaman Tenuis
-BC Magicwand Tenuis
-PC Rainbow (Convexa
-BC Wonder Dud Tenuis
-BC Pink Tip Tenuis
-WD Tenuis

I would love to cover the bottom of the tank is Monti:

-Rainbow Monti
-Superman Monti
-Mystic Sunset Monti
-Vivid's Dry Ice Monti
-Sunset Monti
-Vivid's Uranus Monti
-Vivid's Hologram Monti

I was going to purchase this same exact tank! I ended up choosing the Imagitarium 3.7, it's an AIO. Both are SUPER neat

Tank has been cycling, its been a slow slow slow cruel process thus far. I swapped my diy light out for a prime 16hd and had to get a new ato since the one I bought from a member here didn't work, and won't return my messages..

The cycle on this tank legitimately stalled on me,so I went ahead and got some Fiji Pink live sand and it sparked it right back up. I sat a Ammonia of 2ppm,Nitrate @ 0 and Nitrite at 0 for weeks. Within not even a week I am at .2ppm NH3, Nitrite @ .5 and Nitrates at 20ppm !! I couldnt be happier.
