I think that is a spectacular stocklist. They are all exceptionally peaceful fish.

The Flame Angel isn't. They can be buttheads to their tankmates but given the fact it would be on the smaller side of the stock list for this tank it could work.

If you read further down, I ended up revising the list to not include the flame angel. I got an interrupta instead, but he is a jerk too. Harasses all the other fish, especially the small semilarvatus and borbonius.

Thinking of adding some anthias. Not sure what to go with: 3 sunburst, 3 bimaculatus, or 3- 5 flavoguttatus. I'm concerned about bullying from my interruptus who likes to chase my borbonius and goldflake so that's why I'm thinking of a larger species (sunburst and bimac). However, I read that sunburst are shy. How shy are flavoguttatus?

Wow, what a bunch, I couldn't even think about handling so many delicate fish.

Flavoguttatus aren't shy, but they are more delicate than the other species and may not handle bullying well. In your circumstances bimacs would be the best bet.

Thanks! I do find myself spending more time in front of this tank than my reef tank.

If you don’t mind me asking, what was your upgrade process? How’d you start out and get to that? I just started the hobby and have my first tank. But i think a 16g to a 125g is a little much of a jump.. what’d you do for progression in tanks of fish?

This 125 gallon tank is in addition to my 75 gallon mixed reef tank, so I didn't technically "upgrade" it.

So I've added 2 bimac anthias and a fathead sunburst anthias into the DT. I have another bimac anthias in QT right now. I love the bimacs. Thanks for the recommendation @eatbreakfast! They are so colorful.

Thinking of adding a bluethroat triggerfish. They are supposed to be one of the more peaceful species, correct? Will it get along well with my other fish?

Bluethroat triggers are one of the more peaceful trigger species. One should be fine to add.
