The last fish added to help increase the bio load in the tank is a Bicolor Blenny. He has a lot of character and the Mother tang is not having him yet. The Tomini Tang has a little aggression towards this out going blenny. It is fun to watch him jump from rock to rock.

Nitrates: .25 red sea test
Phosphates: 0.02 hanna checker UL

Good to see the nitrates and phosphates making a presence. This time I did a morning test instead of evening testing I usually do. PH is normally 8.2. MG is still very high, probably the Red Sea Coral Pro salt.

Nitrates and phosphates are hanging good, but still high MG.

I am having an issue with a Chalice coral. It has been dying on me. I would take it out. but it is a good rock that has a sponge on it.

After adding the Kessil a80 light over one rock structure the green and red coralline have been taking off. The Current USA IC pro lights are not enough to keep me happy. Compared to the second rock structure it is a day and night difference. One with a lot of color and the other not as much. In the picture you can see all the new growth and the test Monti Cap has colored up. The monti is growing too. I have ordered a Kessil A160 to replace the a80, the a80 will be placed on the other rock structure.

I lost the Yellow Clown Goby the other day. This little fish just didn't adjust to the community and the tank. I know I might have issue with it feeding. This is a very passive fish, read that it would not compete for food and shy away from other bigger aggressive fish. Feeding was going to be the biggest issue in this size of tank. The goby just didn't eat and when it did, it would spit everything out of mouth. I feed algae, brine, Mysis, and pellets.

Sorry about the Goby but I really like your tank and the aquascape you did. Good job following along

Ive lost both of my clown gobies as well. One got stuck to a powerhead and the other died months later from just not eating. I tried everything even live baby brine shrimp. And all i have else in the tank is a red firefish pair that are scared of each other lol.

Pretty neat to watch growth and changes in the tank. I have one of my mushrooms spliting. It is taking awhile, but soon I should have two.

Another growth I am impressed with is the torch coral. One of the most mesmerizing corals. Just love to watch it flow. I think it has double in size since I got it.

Recieved a kessil A160we in the mail. Giving it a test spin on the tank to help increase the light. Running the kessil at 100% blue about 70% intensity. Moved the A80 to the other rock structure. As budget allows I will be upgrading the moved a80 lights, etc.

Changed out my filter cup media the other day. Seen they are selling filter cups with Sera filter media. Going to try these instead of filter floss. I was changing filter floss every 4 to five days.

A few days back I seen another unidentified hitchhiker in my tank. On a rock that I got from a LFS some time back with a Chalice and Sponge there was a worm like animal. I researched what it could be. I really what to know if unidentified creatures in the tank are bad or beneficial. After looking through several post on ID hitchhikers I found that I possess a Peanut Worm. Beneficial little guy.

MG coming down between 1480 and 1520. Phosphates back to zero.
I am thinking that Red Sea Bucket needed to be stirred up before use. I should test the new saltwater.
