Quick update:
I’ve sold the 105g getting picked up on Sunday. I’m going to add two more MP40s to the front of the tank. Had to mount the drivers next to the DOS in the sump area. They bug me there!
My ATO container is almost done for my auto water changes, but I have the DOS all calibrated and hoses ran for it.
I sold my Aquamaxx Q3 backup skimmer and my month old Nyos 160 Skimmer. I ordered the Nyos 220 Skimmer. Running with out a skimmer since they sold so fast and on the same day.
Got to test out my fancy Phosphate dose system. Bought a IV bag and two 10 micron socks for a total of $18. Added Phosphate RX to some RO water and dosed it for three hours today. The socks clogged up after 2.5 hours. Test my phosphates tomorrow and see how it worked.

Picked up my ATO container and will be filling it tomorrow to start my Daily water change.
Also picked up a used brand new UV at a great price from a local guy. I got it temporarily mounted and plumbed. Don’t really want to mount it to the side of the stand, but may end up doing just that. Not sure I like where it is now.
Once I figure out where it’s staying I’ll drill two holes in my sump and get it looking nice.

I am almost ready for Elvis to make me a controller cabinet & you to come over and help me set it all up.
He’s definitely the guy to make one. He did this one which was really simple and came out sweet. It was just a cheap cabinet with the board mounted inside it. I set it up for Beverly.

Well, I set up the Auto water change yesterday and tested it out. Works great but....
It echoes the sound under the tank and spooked the fish when it was running. So, I moved the DOS over by the salt container and set it up there. I’ll run it tonight and see how it sounds. Ordered a wire cover to run the hoses through in front of the back door.
On a side note I love my flow meter. I’ve been watching my flow drop from 700gph to 640Gph over the last few weeks. Finally my ghost overflow started gurgling and we can’t have that.
Removed both pumps and cleaned them up. Just a nice layer of slime on them. Tested and right back up to 700gph flow. It’s really nice thinking ahead. Removing the pump plumbing, pumps and cleaning took about 15 min total.
Loving the UV so far. Tank was crystal clear within 24hrs of setting it up. My new skimmer will be here next week and once that’s installed I will clean up the UV plumbing.

Wife was not happy with the T5 reflecting on the TV. So I had Tuan @ Zen Reef cut me a sheet of plexi to diffuse the light. Worked perfect. Happy wife.

Yes, once in it fits, but it’s resting against. My heaters and probe rack. I’ll fix that tomorrow. It barley fit in the top opening and then he control valve is almost touching the top of the sump. Lol
