I suggest getting a powerhead just to be safe. What you are dealing with does better in high flow than low flow.
With 150 dollars left, that really depends on what you want. For the cheapest fish (gobies, occelaris clowns, which you don’t like) and corals (toadstool leather, Xenia) you should be able to get enough.
But I can drop 150 on an lfs trip for a few frags of common corals (frogspawn, zoas).

They aren’t cheap. Check chewey.com, they have some good priced ones.

Reviews are okay and it seems a little bulky compared to a standard powerhead.
If you want to hook up a sponge filter that may raise flow a bit, but corals really need that direct, powerful flow. If you want moderate-low flow look into euphillia.

Softies love flow. Mine close up if they aren’t being hit by at least moderate flow.

The flow is not direct and does not create an ocean like current.
Based on the reviews of the pump, it doesn’t seem like a good option despite the cost.
