24Gallon ecorife lighting set up

I currently have a AI Prime 16HD for my tank. I'm being told that's nowhere near enough PAR for LPS or SPS, I found a Nicor light on Amazon, and I'm wondering its good enough or maybe even overkill. Does anyone else have an ideal, maybe less or not crazy expensive light set up for the same or similar tank? Also showing my current light settings.
