I have a 28 gallon EcoSystems Mini. I was wondering if maybe I have to much flow in it. I have the stock return pump which is about 300 gph a Koralia 2 600 gph, and a Koralia Nano 240 gph. Do I have to much? The tank has only LPS and Zoas. The only LPS in it is chalices, a hammer, a torch, frogspawn, and some duncans.

I have a K1, a K nano and an MJ900 in my 24G nanocube, in some ways I feel I have too much flow, in some ways not enough.

How are your LPS handling it, do they open fully? or are they in ganger of getting ripped off their skeltons?

You do not have too much flow, IMO. Maybe too much direct flow if you are blasting any corals with powerheads pointed at them, but as far as overall flow I don't think you are anywhere close to maxing it out.
