Back Story
I picked up a used CADlights 39g from a fellow member of the local reef club. Came with all the stock equipment. Tank, stand, MH fixture, sump, skimmer and return pump. I picked this up with the intent of using most of what it came with to get it up and running.

Original stand with tank.

Original sump with some components I was test fitting.

Knowing that I had to build or buy a new stand, I ended up building an ADA-esk stand.

Then started the layout and dry fitting of equipment. I ended up breaking the original sump while trying tear a baffle out of the center chamber. Oh well...in with the new!

After I had decided where I "thought" everything was going to stay, I started fitting and gluing all the plumbing.

And here we are finally months later. Running a freshwater test.

Fast forwarding to many months in to the future. It all comes together.

Here is the small power distribution center for my setup.

FINALLY! Putting some proper water in the tank.

Here it is with what I thought was going to be the end of equipment for a while. Then I figured out that my used skimmer was not in the best of shape. So...it got replaced. As well, I added a kalk stirrer while I was at it.

Switched from a Bubble Magus NAC3 on its last leg. To a Bubble Magus C3.5 and could not be happier.

Thanks Shep! I have been running it with a Tom's Aqualifter through a Avast Marine Works Kalk stirrer for about a year now. I haven't had a single problem with it since I've set it up. It has performed flawlessly. I was skeptical at first because I have never had and an ATO before. Now I never even worry about it. One of the best purchases I've ever made.
