When I did the new mount for the Nero 5's I used magnets from K&J that already had a rubberized coating. Then printed an enclosure out of PETG that was slightly larger, then encased the magnet in the enclosure with an epoxy resin. I left a hole in the top to pour the final amount of epoxy in and to allow air to escape. Sand the top down after curing and that magnet will never ever rust.

I ended up just paying extra for epoxy coated magnets designed for aquarium use.
Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any large epoxy coated magnets that will be strong enough to couple through 1/2" and hold up a frag rack. Do you have a specific link?K&j magnetics

I just place it to my dropbox. 1200 and 2000 works gr8, 4000 is overloaded with pins, but in Deltec SC2560 it works more then perfect.

Are they for the Jebao 1200, 2000 and 4000? Or are they all for the 6000 with just different numbers of pins?
