Rocks needed if i want to keep the tomini then most likely
I would say you're going to need some rock either way. Especially keeping fish that usually mark themselves out a territory and sleeping spaces. That lack of security leads to stress. More aggression, and when they fight, there's nowhere to retreat to.

No. Technically it will process ammonia through to nitrates Faster, but to the same level. Just faster.

The added rock was for Habitat area. Sleeping area for fish. A place to retreat to, hide in. Imo helps with long term stress reduction boosting overall health.

Got it, i do plan to add an additional arch stack in the back, just havent gotten to it. So far everyone has their sleeping quarters upon observation. The aggression level was zero today. In fact tomini and flame angel were swimming together today. Gave up on the chase it seems. I kind of want to build a scape structure myself … with mortar and rubble. Just need time on a nice warm weekend

Tacked some new pieces together for aqua scape. Should be 6 inches under the surface at the tip top. And ill work these into the existing.

quite a few boulders left to break up and use and fill in places.

went modular incase i need to remove for anything down the road

I present my work, and i think i managed to bot tick any coral off too much.
i kept the heart of the tank in the same spot, all the fish love “the hut” but im hoping the new rock work becomes a hit.

Looking good!
Thanks I really look to you guys for the thumbs up. Not trolling/kappin/joking.

Thanks for dropping by, I'll be rolling to Dayton this weekend to pick up ~25 frags/mini colonies to fill out the new rockwork.

Then I think the last additions are trying to snag 1-2 wrasse and then we are in enjoyment and maintenance mode.

E-Marco Mortar and Super glue worked wonders. I barely used any of the mortar but it really helped adding in a lot of arches.

Let me know when you hit relax and chill mode. I'm still looking for it
