I stopped dosing H2O2 when I sucked-out all my Cyano and scrubbed all my GHA away. Been dosing about 2 cups of live Phyto daily and nothing is coming back.
That's one fat Clown in the first fish photo above.

How are you dosing h202? It's up to you but I'd like to see what happens if you stop dosing h202 and just go extra time with dino removal and keeping phosphates detectable. I had to clean my tank daily with 5micron sock to get rid of mine and I'm not sure I seen any improvement with dosing h202. Mine kinda worked itself out with daily removals and dosing phosphate until it stuck. Are you still seeing new coral and green sheen algae growth?
Yep coral is recovering with the nutrients. Corralline spots are growing and we have green sheen. H2O2 seems to hold them back some . Less regrowth the following day after removal.

I wake up dose bacteria, let day go per usual, clean afternoon after high light. Wait till lights off for h2o2.

I would say schedule accuracy 80%. Daily

I know my clown is 5-6 yes old at this point. It's mate jumped one day... Last year . Lid was off for the day. Never again.

Probably depression weight or it's the tank king/queen

I lost my favorite clown from surfing back in the day. Probably caught to much air on the waves lol
Current clown is very familiar with a body approaching the tank= food. Signals to other fish it's time it's time

It used to be just him. I do want more wrasse to add with the blue sided.

I really want a puffer again... But I know that's a long shot. And my shrimp would expire

Glued it back on. Might help the tissue fight off dinos? IDK. we will see

Coffee am, tank check. Things are on the mend and honestly looking pretty good now that we aren't starving corals. Imagine.

Found my 3 yr old tuxedo urchin with a cool hat this morning! He and my fat clown are what's left from the old tank besides rock and some trash palys.

@LRT we have a nice greenish brown hue going . Coralline is popping up again . Fwd we go!

Tanks looking good Nate. The MOAR you remove dinos and stay on top of dino removal the faster goodies will begin to take over those areas. Wish there was an easier way but just isn't. Daily dino removal and keeping a super close eye/ super dedicated dosing regimen of P to make sure it doesn't bottom out. Your winning the fight man. Keep doing exactly what your doing!

Torch is good. Probably has a long road to recovery its been sitting next to goni for several months amd nott happy and its probably going to take equivalent time for it to get right. Nothing comes fast in this hobby lol. I'm going to let it roll and see what's up but probably frag it since it's legs are growing all out of control lol

Far back Rasta is the same. Others are bouncing back pretty quick. Situation wasn't out of control I do something daily with the tank. And monitor it with my eyes .

Yours looked less upset than these guys/gals

Yeah it started out as a beast but retracted when I put the goni near it. Had the other torch right next to it and all that was happening on a 12" rack lol. Live and learn I guess. Dude your tank looks great. Corals bouncing back, surfaces covering with good stuff. Just be careful with that h202. It kills the good stuff too. Soon as I stopped dosing it my surfaces exploded with the green sheen and coraline lol. I was manually removing dino everytime I seen them though. If I was to do it all over again I probably would have dosed h202 in the 5 micron sock to help keep it a little better contained if anything.

Honestly this morning the Dinos are pretty much not existent. Other than on the Monti caps. I didnt dose H2o2 last night and might not tonight. Things are moving the right way.

Just gotta pay better attention to Phos.

H2o2 into a sock? I was using it broad cast at night to kill off water column dinos. I am considering asking for an oxydator for Christmas. Which would do essentially what you are talking about.

Yeah I was thinking your regular dose(if you have to)but in the 5 micron sock when you have it hooked up and doing your removals. Not sure if it would make a difference or not but seems like it may be better to keep it contained to sock and not broadcasted so it hits and bothers your other surfaces. Just a thought and could be totally wrong but it may accomplish killing what's in your water column a little more efficiently before it has a chance to get to your surfaces.

No dinos today is a major accomplishment. And yessir getting and keeping P up is probably the most challenging thing I've dealt with especially in a new tank.
