It could also be an ecological boon! All that sediment in the water column may increase algal activity sequestering more carbon and releasing more oxygen while feeding the base of the food chain.

Guess we will find out lol. I already see issues on our coasts with the red tide and that stinky algae washing on shores . We need some lanthanum chloride for the ocean jk

True. I've been getting "lazy" testing once a week almost.

Things look pretty good. Just waiting for things to take off.

Plumbing is best taken slow anyways... Plus you have @F i s h y to consult who's plumbing is supa fine on that big glass coffin

yup. Just grinding away. this time of year just get busy with work, outside stuff yard prep coming on, now I have kids in sports.

spring market is here. Most people buying our homes now are all cash though. No comment on politics. I've already gotten in trouble once today on R2R :smiling-face-with-halo:
