Last I used flat worm exit, was very expensive to treat the whole tank, and didnt do the job.

Since they arent the bad type, the plan was to treat individual colonies, until I got the predators (fish) to monitor populations. It took around 8 months to get to this point. So if an annual pull and treat. Thats not terrible for husbandry.

Good question!

Prazipro didn't knock them all off entirely. Jason suggest fresh water dip which was more aggressive.

Tissue looks much more clean.

Will evaluate rest of day. Also gave me the opportunity to blow off the weird detritus patch on top.

And yeah the mouths arent blue. Those are the worms
Photosynthetic flat worms pop growing too fast.

Need to nuke them back some...until I get more predators .

Have prazi pro. Gonna pull this colony and test first. Since it's a basic colony and has been healthy for awhile.

Well now I’ll have nightmares about blue flatworms

Try potassium chloride ….. I think recommended is 2 tablespoons per a gallon and that usually stuns them enough to make them come off if you baste them or you could double the strength and that might kill them…..or even a strong iodine dip….i find most things (pest) hate iodine….most corals don’t mind….

DIY air quality tester. It has CO2 among an impressive array of other tests.

Made a friend locally who has a printer :) exploring fusion 360 when i can get some free time. First thing im considering printing is single frag holders for an idea with monti caps.

Second im planning to redo the dosing lines with hard line, and might need to tweak our original design some to make room.

third, i want to make a removable fragging rack that i can pop on to hold a dish for frags, might just get a couch folding tray for this tbh...

Checkout OnShape or SolidWorks too... Those have been getting a lot of YouTube maker plugs.

TinkerCad has really goo lessons to start out on but may be limiting once you've gotten your chops.
