I opted to move the nepthea because ultimately i want the gsp to grow into a corner on the glass.

Today i swapped a filter sock. Did a 10% water change and sucked some detritus off the bottom as well. Will test later tonight once things have settled.

still running 1 sock with carbon. Vs both with carbon and gfo. Corals seem to like the particles in the water.

Posting better nutrient numbers left the skimmer off and been feeding a bit heavier. Probably why the euphyllia is vibing

granite i did stir up alot of detritus this morning likely elevated some. Does everyone else concur?

Much better. I find that I need a different lens stack in the morning versus the evening due to the white blue balance. Just take a mental note of what you are using and the approximate time. You may notice that one lens doesn't work the best all day.
I agree

Tried the cpl filter out, images are alot more crisp. Almost better than the 50mm macro on the dslr camera

trade them in, more of a filter than bio load
wonder if any LFS would take them...for the ones growing where I dont really want them, should I just super glue over them? or try to pluck off with tweezers?

considering just plucking the palys from the rock with tweezers. Found a video of someone doing this. Thoughts?
