It's looking really good. I'm following along since I have a 60g cube coming soon. I might decide to borrow some of your ideas.

I am following this one for sure! I love the scape. Question though, it looks like you could have gone with a wider cube on that wall. Was it more about building out a tall tank? I love the challenge. I have a 24" wide cube as well and appreciate that you need to think through every purchase.

That light looks like an AI Hydra 26 in white. Probably the HD model.

Thanks a lot.. love the depth.. and hate it haha... I'm 5'11 and it takes up to my armpit to reach the barebottom..

Aquascape is amazing. Love the lil island up front. Make that a torch, frogspawn, or hammer island. It's coming together nicely.
Yep front rock will be covered in euphyllias for sure..
awesome aquascape for the tall tank.
Thanks

Couple issues with the space that led to this tank... length there was more room width there wasnt.. so a 93 etc was out..

Also there is a vent in the floor to the right of the tank I didn't want to cover and a light switch as well..

I also saw this tank and became intrigued with the depth and the look of a cliff/rock face type scape....

I have a 50 gallon cube 24x24x20 and I have 2 26 HDs. I started with one 26 hd about 11 inches above the water line with the EXT mount. I ran it about 100% @20k. I bought a second 26 hd to help with the shadowing. I tried to use the same mount to save money but felt it didn't cove the edges well and went with 2 EXT mounts. You might not have that problem being your tank is 10 inches taller. I like the coverage but 50-60% seems to be the max that the coral's like. Keep it updated so we can share info, I couldn't find too much help with this set up.

Quick shot of flame hawk hanging out by the ORA hypnea macro that is really growing well and getting a nice blue color (hard to capture in pic)
