I'm putting together an 8020 stand for a frag tank that is 60x22x14 and eurobraced. I'm aiming for full front access, and the sump on the ground to maximize clearance (the sump will also support a much larger tank so I need all the room I can get). I've never worked with 8020 before, and haven't seen many examples without a center brace of lower shelf. I'm planning on 3"x3" extrusion for the majority of the extrusions. Think this is enough to be stable/prevent racking? The 8020 deflection calculator seems to suggest minimal deflection, so I'm figuring I'm ok without a center brace, but really don't want to figure wrong, so any help appreciated.

I would put the top rectangle on top of the legs instead of against the sides. The braces you have should work to keep the legs in place but you ideally want the load directly over the legs.

The three pieces going around the bottom should be turned so the wide dimension is up if possible. Then use double wide brackets to join them to the legs or side plates. The idea is to make the three bottom pieces prevent the feet from twisting out from under the top part.
