Any with an A7 or A+7 of A8 or whatever who knows how to reset it? I’ve followed the instructions (chinesenglish) and can’t figure it out.

Thanks. I actually kind of figured it out. The answer was: The lights are super screwy and it took 45 minutes repeating the same step over and over again:

Turn intensity to 0. Turn intensity up a tick and wait 3 seconds. Turn it down. Wait 3 seconds. Turn it up. Wait 3 seconds. Continue doing this and slowly increase the amount you turn the intensity knob up after 4 times until the light flashes R/G/B and then it is reset.

Thank you for this. I tried doing this by removing power but never realized i should have been rotating the knob instead
