About Had It With Corals

After an absence from corals we added a blastomussa,zoa colony and green gsp frags yeaterday. We make our own water mow and use Red Sea Coral Pro Salt. In addition, we use Red Sea A and B. The last weeks parameters were right on the money. Adjusted the lights for soft/lps corals on MaxSpec Leds. Will keep everyone posted and tanks for everyone’s help,especially BillyDG!

Thanks Bill, really appreciate you and everyone else’s help. The blasto and zoa’s are doing fine. Trying to get gsp to open up more. I put them on a rock with better flow and starting to see more green.

Since it was just recently purchased I would say give it a little time to adjust, you should see it open up a little more every day, if it came from a tank that used different style lights then it will definitely need some time to adjust to led style lights. Glad everything is starting to work out, just have a little patience as nothing good in reefing comes quick as we all have learned, including myself. Keep up the great work.

+1 good advice @Billldg. The blastos look like micromussa lordhowensis but have similar requirements. They have great colors.

Just done feeding Acan,Zoa’s and Candy Cane reef roids,they love this stuff. Put in polyp booster first and dam went crazy. Fingers crossed, everything seems to be falling into place with all the changes we made. Thanks to BillDG and everyone else.
