No, from what I understand, imports have been slow to none the last couple months due to bad weather. I hear next week stuff is coming in!

 Wow, are those yours fiction?

I could only dream of owning those.:marv

I took those photo's at Clint's place (diamondsinthereef), after he just got done unpacking them. He had around 120 acans I believe. The color's in person were amazing, it made me realize why aussie acans are in such high demand.

Well supposedly, that might of been his last aussie shipment for a long time. I guess they a might be stopping collecting soon.

i would say, yes........the *craze* is over. sure some of the nicer ones are still in demand.....but not at *craze* levels like they used to.

but of course, people who are trying to sell acans would like everyone to think that the *craze* has not ended. ;)

the only corals that seem to be hot items at the moment are ultra grade aussie acans, and some of the rarer chalices.......but neither are current *crazes*.

actually, if there is a current craze.....i would have to say its all the newly released ORA corals. they are in VERY high demand, with VERY high prices considering what they are. they are also in very short supply IMO...

Was he able to sell them all quickly? Everyone that I know that's ordered a bunch, and they've been nice as well, had a tough time getting rid of them without selling them at cost or below.

I haven't been over since I took those photo's, but I don't think he had any problems selling them all off. Right when I left, a lot of people were calling about them and driving from all over the bay area to pick some up. He also seems to sell them to a lot of the west coast shops and online dealers. Plus the size and grade of the acans were amazing, so I'd be surprised if he has many left.

I don't know if the craze is still on or not, but you have to admit... some of these colors you see on aussie acans are amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to buy them.

You don't buy what? What I said is that shipments are coming in this week! They are coming guaranteed! Watch the stores their fixing to load up on Aussies.

Also for the record some vendors (friends) tell me things and I believe them.

But just in case, I have a straight connection to Aussie myself and KNOW FOR A FACT whats been going on. Hate to rub it in your face...MUHAAA MUHAAA!! LOL! :D I know what they got, what you can get, how much for every piece, shipment cost, shipment dates, where to order, and all the stores who get it including what they GET sometimes! :D (please no PM's I cannot share info on this trust me) I even see emails from the supplier! Not the transhipper, the supplier!

Trust me when I say this...I know first hand... ;) I don't sell, but I do buy.....
