Acan in rough shape

Had acan for about 3 weeks in bottom of tank. Never really looked too great. Moved it mid level and after 2 days noticed a lot of whitening. Returned it to bottom of tank but don't think its rebounding. Any suggestions or is it too late. Nitrate 5, phospate .04, ph 8.2, amm 0 nitrite 0. Cal 440 and alk 8.0.

Thanks for the advice. Looks 100% better already.
