Hmm. There's quite a few that look like this as frags. Too bad colony pics are hard to find these days. I've thought about buying a merlin's staff here recently. Can't decide

Nope, not confused. They might actually be the same coral but I am not sure. I am definitely not sticking them together to find out for sure. haha

Merlins staff I am fairly certain is different.

There is a popular guy on FB named Randy payne who sells frags. I went to his house and he has the Merlins staff and one that he got from WWC that looks just like the all star and they are different.

I have both of these colonies and they have diff polyps. But both are in the same family as far as I can tell.

I see the top few pics the red is turned up pretty high. What's it look like at normal levels?
