I am new to LED lighting and I am having a hard time figuring out what intensity and spectrum to keep the lights at. The tank is only 2 weeks up so no coral yet but I don't want to fry anyone when the time comes. Any suggestions would be helpful

A lot of variables here. What size tank, brand and size of light and what corals do you intend to keep.

It is a 220 with halo pendant lights. I am planning a mixed reef most will likely be LPS but also clams ect.

Never had a pendant light before but they are similar to all led lighting. Start low at about 30-40% and just slowly work your way up until your corals "tell you" they have enough. By slowly I mean over a few weeks time. LEDs are famous for burning corals if the coral is not acclimated slowly. As far as the spectrum, you'll just have to play with that. Every tank will be different. Having LPS and Clams will be your challenge as Clams need very high light and LPS need moderate lighting.

Thank-you [emoji1]. I managed the mixed reef with t5 so if all else fails that is a backup. I just wanted to get away from bulb replacement
