hi everyone, i finally upgraded tank and have just moved my light across, í just got a red sea reefer 300 and i’m going to try stick with 1 light, coral wise ím going to have a mix with some sps but mainly lps and zoas, chat gpt recommended these % but wondered if they are good or not?

Go on AI's website and check out the Dave Saxby schedule. In my opinion it's the gold standard for AI light settings. Should be able to download the schedule and upload it into the AI app
