AI Prime Controlability

I love the look and controlability of this light and i am looking for a used one to buy. I have just one question about the whole AI interface that i cant seem to find an answer to. Do you need to connect this light to and internet connection, or can it connect to your phone via Bluetooth. It will be in a house with no internet, this is why i am asking.

They broadcast their own wifi network that you can control the light from using your phone or computer, I find it easier to use a computer.
