Ai prime red light

My prime was working amazingly until the display lights shut off and the indicator light turned solid red. From what I understand, this means that the unit is in thermal shutdown which would be fine except it has been going in and out of this state for the past 2-3 days. So I'm guessing that the cooling fan is broken but I can't tell. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

It does sound like a cooling issue. You may want to contact AI...I've found their customer service to be excellent.
