Got a question I can't seem to find a direct answer to, dose the ai prime have to have a WiFi connection from like a home WiFi ? or dose it send out a WiFi signal and you can pick it up and control from your phone?

When you got prime, pair with your phone wifi and it will ask wifi password for your home router. Enter the router password and you will link to the cloud. Once settings are done, it will store it in the fixture so no more wifi is needed. But if you want to tinker with settings, you can do so from your phone and your light will pair with the router 24/7. Btw, you have more setting inputs if you do it from the web.
