AI Sol led lighting question

I have 2 AI Sols over my 90 gallon they are hung horizontal over the tank and I'm wondering for I should upgrade to the 70 degree optics. It's have 40 degree in it right now.

Just trying to see what others have done in similar situations.

I have found that

a. They need to be at least 10 inches off the tank for proper spread
b. Do you have a canopy? If so directly mount them to the canopy and make sure you have a spacer so the fan will work properly

each fixture should cover a 24 x 24 x 24 area with standard lenses so you having 2 should easily cover that tank.

They are mounted 9 inches off of water and no I don't have a canopy.

so are you having dead spots? Also do you for sure have them centered in the middle of each section
