Algae ID please?

Got this stuff spreading all over my LR, hoping it's just hair algae and not bryopsis, but manual removal doesn't seem to help plus my kole, tomini and emeralds don't touch it which is making me think it might be. ID please and how do I get rid of it?

That algae brings back BAD memories... Ill look into the name of it. I had it in one of my tanks a couple years ago and it was impossible to get rid of. After months of battleing it I ripped the tank apart, let everything dry out and then burnt off the dry algae.
I am not 100 percent sure its the same think but it really looks like it.

Does it attach to everything it comes in contact with?
