I spread mine out between 0830 (I think that is when I start) and 1700. I have tried a few other timelines and didn't see anything really different is why I was asking. I have not tried a single dose though.

Thanks again - hope your day is well.
I was single dosing in the morning for several months. I noticed no difference when I switched to a doser spreading it out over 5 doses. The only reason I bothered to add the doser was because I was forgetting to dose occasionally and I already had the pump.

Thank you. Appreciate that information!

I dose 18ml spread out into 4doses from 0900-1300. Alk has maintained at 8.5 and Ca 440. Don't test mg but I do a 3gal water change weekly which I'm assuming is helping things remain stable?...

90 gallon mixed reef with sps frags roughly 2-3 inches. Some LPS and zoas. Tank born torch that’s a fast grower and a small clam and I’m dosing about 35 mL give or take. Sometimes I need to adjust as it climbs or goes too low. But mag is an issue that I have to dose otherwise it gets too low

8.7 mls daily on my 30 gallon mixed reef. I also dose 2 mls of Balling B daily to keep my alkalinity in line.

Why not just use more AFR to maintain alk?

I'm surprised at the difference in dosing with everyones tank. I have a mixed reef, lots of corals, 120 gallons total volume and I dose 24ml of AFR daily in 2 12ml doses. Alk is stable at 8.6 and cal at 440. I took my kalk offline but i'm planning on putting it back on. That'll likely drop my AFR consumption down by half.

I think sps will suck most, if you have many LPs and softies won't consume that much...
My tank have some colonies that probably drains my wallet with afr

I have alot of sps but no big colonies. I agree with sps having high demand. I would look into also dosing kalk. You’ll save alot.
