Here are some other photos Let me know your thought and how to treat she is always at bottom corner of tank once in a while she will swim around. Has loss of appetite. HAD loss of color but seems to have gotten that back I've had her in hospital tank at hyposalinity for over a month to month and a half I don't really want to do a copper treatment heard very stressful on fish. And my ammonia is always up as it is right now even after treating with Amquel

I agree that it looks like HLLE. The ammonia can be battled by adding a live bacteria in a bottle and with lots of water changes. Doing them daily may be needed until the bacteria can do it's job.

You will lose some of it but most will survive and it will still build in population. You might try a LFS or online if you have to. They are popular brands so they shouldn't be hard to get ahold of.
