So i have had a bleached sebae anemone for several weeks now and i have been feeding it, it is recovering very fast. It seemed to love the spot it was in, and so did the clownfish that lives in it. But tonight i came down to feed the tank and it appeared to be stuck in the rock

Should i move it? Im afraid i will damage the foot. Could it be stuck?

If it is already stressed, I would leave it. It can come out on its own once it regains some strength.
