Emperor's are the most beautiful fish around but too big for me to ever have. Would love a Flame but I only have a reef right now and there's too much question about them being reef safe.

Female Japanese Swallowtail, she is extremely active and completely reef safe. She constantly picks at the water surface so she has a belly full of air. The grandkids laugh because she burps and farts.
I had a Red Striped (Eibli) Angel but it enjoyed Acros, Saylor, Goniopora and Zoas so it went to the LFS.

Dawn,
Kudus to you!

I laughed at the Angel not being angelic. You have been such a good steward for marine life. One day when visiting my brother in Pittsburg I would hope to see your displays. I admire your success with dsb.

Angels we have heard on high: Do you have angelfish in your tank?

Realizing that many marine angelfish are better suited for larger tanks, this seems like the right time of year to ask about angels in our aquariums. There are many types of Angelfish that are well known to the hobby, and they are stunning when they are healthy and well-cared for in an aquarium. Please tell us if you have any experience with Angelfish and if you have any tips to share. More specifically, let us know if you have angelfish in your tank.

“The goal of Tidal Gardens is to offer the highest quality corals to those seeking a piece of that world without destroying it. We hope to instill a deep appreciation for the natural reefs and help develop a self-sustaining hobby that no longer requires the collection of fish and corals.”
Currently have a Centropyge aurantonotus (Brazilian Flameback Angelfish).
We named her Chelsea.

I would dearly love to get a copperband, but I love the idea (we're not there yet) of having corals more, and a fish is for life, not until the moment you move from FOWLR to reef...

Where’s the “No, but I wish I could option.” I love angels but I also love my clam that I have had for 2 years. I’m just not willing to risk it at this point in the game.
