Awesome. I have only had this light on my tank for 6 days so hopefully in a months time I'll see a big change. Do you have any zoanthids?

Yes hammer ,zoa's, trees ,mushrooms ,whisker, torch corals do well under this light and Montipora.I even had a galaxy corals with this light as well .I just moved them to another tank to make room

That's awesome!! Do you dose anything? I have zoas that are open and then some that have been closed all day.

Yes I dose (every 4 days kent iodine, strontium, molybdenum), once a week trace elements)(ck weekly magnesium),( phytoplankton 3time week)

After playing with the WiFi controller it 2 channels day /night .its ok just dont think its worth $70-$83

Yes from when I had biocube I transfer everything to the 60CUBE.pic of biocube only thing that ddidn't do well was elegant corals last only 3mths

That's what happen to me. I had an amazing elegance coral and moved everything to a 75 gallon and it died two months later. I have had horrible luck with my 75 that's why I went back down to the 29 gallon

Dee, I got the 48" for my 120, do you think one light is enough? Thinking of adding a second, also what time schedule do you have it set to?. Do you use full power? Do you use the moon cycle? Clouds are kind of cool I turn it on sometime and but leave it off most the time. Do you use the break cycle? What balance do you use for daylight/blue? Lots of questions thanks

One is should be great for 55gallon. If u don't have alot of landscape making dark spots etc..I currently have them on my 40breeder now and alot brighter then one. I have them set Day time sunrise 6:AM-12pm 100%,break 12:pM-4AM 70%,SUNSET 4-5pm%.NIGHT TIME 5:45AM-5:59AM 57% ,12PM-7PM 100 % ,7-11PM %0

Not sure I can make sense of your schedule. Thinking I need 2 48" on my 120.

You leave 5% blue on all night? Does that cause unwanted alge? Do you run the blue lights the same as the daylight?

Yes u will need two on 120 .my blue Come on at 5:45Am-5:59Am very low 57% then off by 6Am and at night blue go off by 11 pm when I get in from work .

I have blue on low in the morning so I can veiw before going to work etc .by 6:07 the turn to a light purple color then white .by the 4 and so on the LIGHTs ramp down then eventually blue

So why no blue from 6am to noon? Sorry for the million questions, it's a lot of help. And why bring them on for 15 minutes?

Np best time to set it is when ur off .I had a hard time trying to figure out when lights were going out etc on the days I was working .

Is there a reason you go no blu most of the day? I would think it washes out everything

U will still see a lil blues on but the white will over power it day =6:AM-12PM 100%
BREAK 12PM-4PM 70%
SUNSET 4-5PM 0%
NIGHT
5:45AM-5:59AM 57%
BREAK 12PM-7PM 100%
SUNSET 7-10PM 0%
